#1 What can I write about?

Pretty much anything and everything. Our contributor pieces are published under IMHO, which is short for “In my humble opinion.” It’s all up to you! From money tips to love advice; personal stories of struggle and triumph; on topics on health or self-care; hobbies and interests... You got an opinion on something? Here’s the place to share it!

#2 Does that means I can write about my company, business, product or service?

You can, but there’s a chance it may not be published. If you want to guarantee a write-up on SAYS, email your press kit at [email protected]

#3 Will I get paid to contribute a story?

We do not pay our contributors, however you are welcome to drop backlinks to your website, social media handles, and whatever else that’s important to you.

However, if you are looking for a career in writing, email us your resume and cover letter at [email protected]

#4 Is there a word count?

Not really. But we suggest writing a minimum of 300 words.

#5 Is there a deadline?

Only the one you set yourself.

#6 When will my story be published?

One you’ve submitted your article, the editors will determine whether or not it will be published, based on an internal review. If it passes the review, we will reach out to you via email if we have any questions. If everything is cool, the team will then edit your story in line with the editorial guidelines of SAYS, and publish for you.

#7 How do I submit an story?

Ah-ha! You can read our SAYS Contributor Guide, that way you have a higher chance of being published. Then you can proceed to upload your story.
